Carl is survived by his beloved daughters, Cheryl Springer and her husband Nat Springer of Martinez, California; Brandi Trahan and her husband Toby Trahan of Groves, Texas; and Tara Rinebold of Groves, Texas. He cherished his role as a father and took great pride in his family. He leaves behind four grandchildren, Erin Anderson, Eric Springer, Joshua Trahan, and Halle Manning, who will remember his loving spirit and wise guidance. In addition, Carl is also survived by four great-grandchildren, who will carry forward his legacy.

Carl was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Manning; his parents, Jesse R. Manning and Riddie O. Manning, along with his siblings: brothers Charles, William, and Gerald Manning, and sister Betty Robinson. Each of these family members played a significant role in shaping Carl’s life, and their memories will forever be held in the hearts of those left behind.

Carl Leonard Manning will be remembered not only for his professional achievements but also for the love and support he provided to his family and friends throughout his life. His legacy as a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, as well as a dedicated serviceman, will undoubtedly remain alive in the stories shared by those who were fortunate enough to know him.
