It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Curtis Michael Amason II, 55, of Hamshire, Texas. He went to be with his Heavenly Father on January 15, 2025. Michael will be fondly remembered as a father, son, brother and friend. Michael was born on January 16, 1969, and spent his childhood years in Hamshire, Texas. He also enjoyed spending many summers in Arkansas with his grandparents. Michael attended Hamshire-Fannett Elementary, Middle School, and High School.
