Jason Nathanael Jester

Jason Nathanael Jester, son of Martha and Lowell Jester, was born on December 20, 1979, in Brier, South Carolina. He departed this life on November 2, 2025, in Vidor, Texas, leaving fond memories in the hearts of those who knew him.

Jason was a pipefitter member of the Pipefitter Union 211 out of Houston, and in his spare time enjoyed working on cars and small engines, as well as collecting knives. He had a big heart and a kind soul, and more than anything cherished his time spent with his family. He found solitude in hunting, fishing, and being in nature.

He is survived by his two sons, Jayden Johnson and Jaxon Jester; his father, Lowell Jester; his sisters, Grace Rogers, Selah Lopez "Donald," April Thibodeaux "Stephen," and Heather Bartlett "Chris"; and his brother, Frank Rogers "Alexi." Jason also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends who will hold his memory close to their hearts.

Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Barnett.

Cremation is being held under the care of Simple Tributes Funeral Home
