You were truly my best friend. I will never be able to pick up the phone and call u again to tell u how my day went, I will never see your sweet face again, i miss you. I love you so much dad, u were my rock. I don’t know how I will do life without you, but I will try my best. I know that’s what you would have wanted. Like i always told you, I love you with my whole heart. Until we meet again, i will always be your biggest fan. And u will always be my hero.

This is really a tough one for me. I love the picture---we were in Ft. Davis at the McDonald Observatory. It just doesn't seem real that my buddy is gone. We never departed, whether on the phone or in person, without saying "Love you like a brother" and we both meant it. He also often reminded me that my parents named me after him with our middle name being the same :-) More than anything Dennis loved his children, Andrea, Shane, and Nick. That said, its no secret he favored bragging about the girls Andrea and Mia. Im already missing him and I dont think there will be a day where I will not miss him. We talked often. You will always be my brother in spirit and Thanks for all of the good you did for people. I know you will rest good with the Creator. Bye for now and "Love you like a Brother"

Your smile would light up the darkest room. Your laugh was contagious. You had a heart of gold. Your work ethic was outstanding. You were an incredible father and an exceptional cousin. Not only that you were a dear friend. I love you man. Rest in peace…and why yes George Jones is still the king of country music. Rest in peace!
