Michael Leslie Brown, 72, of Port Arthur Texas passed to his eternal “honey hole” on July 22, 2025. Mike was a shrimper and welder by trade. He had a passion for the water and was an avid local fisherman. He spent his life fishing, crabbing and shrimping the waters of Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Douglas Brown and Geraldine Stewart Brown and his brother William (Rusty) Russell Brown. He is survived by 3 children, James (Carla) Brown, Jennifer (Devin) Crolley and Sean (Rachael) Brown, and 5 grandchildren, Addyson, Avery, Edison, Hudson and Austin.
