Tonya Louise Perkins of Sabine County, Texas passed away March 26th, 2025 at

St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. Tonya was born November 26th, 1984 to Melvin Neal Kincel and Eloise Evan’s Kincel.

Tonya is survived by her husband - Billy Perkins of Fred, Texas. Daughters -Courtney Hoag and Husband Jordan, Whitney Herring and Significant other Jace, Sons - Bradon Perkins and Brant Perkins. Granddaughters - Rosafaye Hoag and Willow Elliott, Sister Mary Coulter and husband Mark, Several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Tonya was preceded in death by her mother Eloise Evans Kincel and Grandparents from both her mother and fathers side of the family.

Tonya was a very loving mother and grandmother. Her children were her greatest accomplishment. She loved spending time with family and friends, shopping, going to the river, fishing. Tonya was a light in every room. She always made everyone laugh and loved picking and joking. Tonya loved with her whole heart and she made everyone feel welcomed and included.
